About the event
2 Day class: Saturday: 10am - 5pm and Sunday: 10am - 3pm
Be it direct actions, on scene, defensive operations, backup to responding law enforcement, humanitarian/civic action, basic care, emergency call for help etc…
In today’s world anything can happen at anytime to put the First Responder(s) (Fire, EMT) in a position of backup to officers or defending themselves, public or partner. This is often an overlooked element in the First Responders training.
First Responder Tactical Survival Skills Training, prepares personnel to the realities of bare-knuckles, down-in-the-dirt, defense, and backup defense, and/or backup to a resistant suspect that may have an officer in need of assistance. This training fills the gap and gives First Responders the skills, confidence, and individual/team techniques to survive a violent physical encounter while responding to a call for help or being on scene and backing up law enforcement.
In this two-day training course, the First Responders will learn critical FRTS self defense skills using their hands only as an individual and team tactics that will allow them to assist, and or bring a non-compliant individual into submission/compliance with law enforcement commands.
