WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE

What is
Self- Defense

The natural ability, an trained mental, and physical acuity to

survive a perceived and or actual encounter.

 Self-Defense training

focuses on your

awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation

skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques

that allow you to successfully prevent, escape, resist and survive violent attacks, attempted abductions, and assaults.

Our courses are not just physical training.

We cover the mental awareness, and verbal skills as well.

Can Self-Defense training help me?

YES >

YES! Self-defense training is for women, and girls of all ages.

You're never too young, or

too old to learn to defend yourself & increases your

 awareness.

Self-Defense helps you train mental & physical

responses.

The goal is to avoid, slow down,

de-escalate, or interrupt an attack.

It can also help you  perceive, and prevent posable violence.

It's  important that your training deal with the potential violence from not only strangers, but acquaintances.

Women usually know their

attackers, so it's important you train to deal with the violence

that can come from someone you know.

Will
Self-Defense training Guarantee
 my  safety?

NO. But it does better your odds should the need arises.

As with most things, the more you train, the better you become.

We strongly suggest you continue training at a minimum of once a month, however 4x's a month is ideal.

         Do you think

I should buy a gun

         to protect myself?

Yes! After you have been trained how to use a firearm safely & effectively;

especially in stressful situations.

Firing 50 shots at a target to

acquire your LTC (License to Carry), is NOT  firearms training.

Yes, but first....
