Drawing from Concealment

We love concealed carry and want everyone to be able to carry in whatever manner they desire, however, we also must ensure our classes are safe. You are permitted to carry concealed (including AIWB) in pistol and rifle courses as long as all prerequisites are met. If you would like to carry concealed, you must verify you have completed prior concealed carry training or opt to take a quick proficiency/safety test prior to the scheduled course.




You may shoot reloaded ammo (at your own risk) or steel case. You MAY NOT shoot any steel penetrating core, i.e. NATO green tip.  We recommend Federal, Hornady, and Fiocchi ammo if you are looking for reliable ammo at good prices.


Everyone is required to sign a waiver, before participating in ANY training.
To participate in firearms training & events, you must have valid identification, and you must be able to legally possess a firearm, NO exceptions.


Out of State  Training and Speaking​


Available through custom quote only. 3D Martial Arts & Tactical Defense will conduct a review of your out of state or international travel request and prepare a customized quote based on your specifications, which will include airfare and lodging.

Merchandise Return & Event Refund Policy​

Return checks will be charged a $25 service fee.




3D Martial Arts & Tactical Defense Event Cancellation Policy: 

Due to a limited number of spots available, refunds are unavailable. Credits for a future class will be given if a 48 hour notice is given. You must notify us by emailing:

In the event we cancel and event for any reason other than noted below; we will issue a full refund within 45 days.


We do not issue refunds when you or your event host

reschedule (rescheduled events my be subject to additional cost) the event.


All events must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date. If we are traveling out of the state of Texas, all event cost must be paid in full, 60 days prior to the event. 


We do not issue refunds when we cancel an event for non-payment of the agreed event cost; by you or your host.

Martial Arts Group & Private Training - Payment & Cancellation Policy 

                                          All payments made are final and non-refundable.

1.   A $25.00 Non-Refundable registration fee, registration form, waiver, and first month’s tuition, is due before the student may begin participation in any class.

2.   Tuition is NOT based on attendance. Tuition is based on the instruction the student is scheduled for within the month, therefore, if you miss a class(es), you will not be refunded. We will however allow you to make up the class by participating in another scheduled class.

3.   Tuition is due on the first class of the month. If your tuition is not paid by the 10th, you will be charged a 25% late fee, each week until paid. If tuition is not paid by the 30th of the month the student will not be able to participate in class until all fees are current. 


4.    Things happen. We will only charge you, what our bank charges us for a returned check.


5.   If the student decides to drop from a program, we must have a 30-day written notice, you can email us at, or fill out a dropout form at the front desk.  You are responsible for payment during that 30-day period even if you do not attend class. 

 Failure to pay final payment will result in account being sent to collections


6.   You are responsible for the payment of monthly tuition until 3-D Martial Arts & Tactical Defense is properly notified of your intent to withdraw. Once you have withdrawn, you must pay a new registration fee to rejoin.



7.   All accounts 60 days past due will be turned over to a collection agency.

Please keep in mind, there are months you receive 5 weeks of training at no charge. This makes up for school holidays & closures.   Everything evens out.


We follow Whitesboro ISD for weather related closures.

Firearms Training Cancellation Policy


There are No refunds on services rendered.

We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for scheduled firearms training. If you fail to notify us by phone, text, or email, you are still responsible for payment based on the number of hours scheduled. Exceptions are made for emergencies.


To participate in firearms training & events, you must have valid identification, and you must be able to legally possess a firearm, NO exceptions.


Returns & Exchanges 


All sales are considered final, though exchanges can be made on merchandise of equal or lesser value. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, new condition in the original packaging containing the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item is damaged or not as described, please contact us for a return shipping label.  

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund or replacement item, whichever you prefer.


No returns or exchanges will be accepted on International orders. All sales are final.

Multi Orders – You may receive multiple shipments from different locations or vendors on different days. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured the remaining items will still be sent to you within the estimated two-week shipping period (with the exception of items purchased on back order). Returning Items – Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning items for exchange.



International Shipping



International shipping is not currently offered on all items. Certain items can be shipped to your country with a custom shipping quote. Please submit a request with the following information: the desired product, quantities, sizes, destination country, and shipping address.


You will then receive a personalized quote and be asked to submit payment through PayPal. Once payment is received your merchandise will be shipped.


There are no guarantees on international shipping and all sales are final. Please triple check your international order for accuracy. Once it is shipped, we can not make changes.


3D Tactical Defense can not guarantee speed of delivery outside the US, so please be patient with international shipping of merchandise. A tracking number will be sent, if applicable. The standard processing, production, and delivery time frame for international orders is around 1-2.5 months.
